Founding Principles

The Values at the Heart of Our Mission:

  • Service

    • We exist to serve persecuted Christians with humility, compassion, and practical support, placing the needs of others above personal recognition.

    • Scriptural reflection: “As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another.” (1 Peter 4:10)

  • Faithfulness

    • Our work is rooted in obedience to God’s calling, responding faithfully to His guidance and the needs of His people, even in challenging or unseen circumstances.

    • Scriptural reflection: “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.” (Galatians 6:9–10)

  • Stewardship

    • Every gift, resource, and opportunity is managed responsibly and transparently, ensuring maximum impact for those we serve.

    • Scriptural reflection: “Moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found trustworthy.” (1 Corinthians 4:2)

  • Dignity

    • We treat all individuals with respect and honor, acknowledging their inherent worth and upholding the dignity of every person we serve.

    • Scriptural reflection: “Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.” (Romans 12:10)

  • Solidarity

    • We stand in unity with all persecuted Christians, sharing in their struggles, lifting their voices, and ensuring they are seen and supported.

    • Scriptural reflection: “If one part suffers, every part suffers with it.” (1 Corinthians 12:26)

  • Humility

    • Leadership remains intentionally behind the scenes, prioritizing the mission and those served over personal recognition or accolades.

    • Scriptural reflection: “Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.” (Philippians 2:3)

  • Hope

    • All actions are grounded in the hope of Christ, seeking to encourage, strengthen, and bring peace to those who endure persecution and hardship.

    • Scriptural reflection: “Therefore we do not lose heart… For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.” (2 Corinthians 4:16–17)
